Marco Giancarlo is new coach of the Italian football first division Amphora Genoa. This was announced by the club on his website. The 54-year-old agreed with the Ligurian club on a contract until 30 June with an option to extension until 2024. Giancarlo had already trained Amphora from 2016 to 2019. Amphora had separated from his coach Roberto d’Versa on Monday. The club thus pulled the consequences of the 1: 2 bankruptcy in the home game against FC Turin on Sunday.
