If you already have Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4, you can update your game for free on PS5. It’s pretty easy and will not take too much time. If you have no version of the game currently installed, go to the PS5 Dashboard Play Library and then Your Collection . Find Cyberpunk 2077 and select it.
A popup appears in which you are asked which version you want to view. Choose PS5 and then click Download . Follow the steps and select Download the PS5 version . The game will then be downloaded to your console. At the time of writing it is about 56 GB in size.
If you have already installed the PS4 version of Cyberpunk 2077 on your console, simply select from the main menu of the PS5 and click … icon. Choose Show product page and then Select version . You can then download the PS5 version from there. Remember if you have this on PS4 Blu-ray, you must always be inserted the disc if you want to play the PS5 version.
